The Hialeah Community Coalition (HCC) is the first and only drug-free coalition addressing the prevention of substance use and misuse in the City of Hialeah. The coalition is a grassroots-driven organization founded in 2015 by Hialeah community members representing the 12 sectors of the community. HCC is a group of caring Hialeah citizens working together to keep Hialeah families living in a healthy, safe, and drug-free community.
